Turion64 X2 notebooks 17", any news?

Haven't come across any yet. T64 X2 is slow to market and AMD wants them oriented towards thin & light more than 17". I doubt you'll find many there even in the future
 
That'd suck if true. Oh well, guess I'll just wait for Intel. If AMD doesn't want them used in bigger laptops, that's their own stupidity, heh.

Nice. What I'm really hoping for is a new lappy for my GF, since she does a lot of video editing and 3D rendering. Ideally I'd like a 17" 1920x1080 screen, Geforce 7600 or better, dual hard drives in RAID0 and 2-4GB of RAM with dual core and 64 bit support (wanna be ready for Vista 64 bit).
