Do turions come with 1 meg cache ? and Im sure it's fsb is either 1600/2000 due to the on die memory controller ? or have I droped one ?

Yeah, best deal I could get for 740. I was close to getting a PM laptop, same clock speed, but it came with an Intel "extreme" graphics crap. The performance between the pentium M and Turion are not even worth talking about, so lesser money I got the turion with a X700 128MB.🙂 Makes sence to me.
 
Ignore whatever resellers say about the 'FSBs' of K8s - they all run at the same stock speed. The only differences are that Turions use Socket 754, and thus have a single-channel memory controller, whereas Socket 939 Athlon 64s have a dual-channel memory controller.
 
I think hes talking about memory??? Not sure... But DDR 333 is a big difference compared to DDR400
