Turbografx cd rom need fixing

Does anyone know where I could get my Turbografx cd player fixed? The lens is scratched and needs to be replaced....

I tried e-bay, but not worth it to buy a new one, unless under $30.

Um, let me know when you find roms of CDs and are easy to come by.

Um, let me know when a replacement Turbografx CD-ROM drive is easy to come by.

I'm guessing that the ROMs are easier to find than the hardware, and cheaper too.

If any of you know where I can find a Turbo grafx CD emulator with sound, please let me know... so far it is either one or the other, but not both.
