Turbo Tax. Rigth for me?

My taxes are going to be a bit more complicated since I have to file in two states this time. (Moved in June). My friend is in the same boat and his taxes are even worse since he owns a house and is renting it to someone else.

I'm looking into Turbo Tax Premier.

My Q's are:

Can we both do our taxes on one license?
Does it cover both states? (AZ + VA)
Can it be used next year or are there new versions out every year?
How does it actually work? Does it download your W2 and stuff from the IRS website?

Any experts in da' house?

How does it actually work? Does it download your W2 and stuff from the IRS website? you enter in your data from your W-2 or if your company with a payroll company like ADP you can just download it from ADP.
