turbo or non-turbo?

I've been getting very mixed benchmark results with these 2 combos at maximum speed and maximum stability:

-245fsb no turbo/2-3-3-6
-234fsb turbo/2-3-4-7

what do u suggest i use for maximum system performance? any other timings/fsb/turbo combos i should try?

mobo: P4P800-D
cpu: P4 3.0C
mem: OCZ PC3700 EL Dual

edit: i want to keep 1:1 ratio

do your own performance benchmarks and decide.

The non-turbo is probally a better choie. Without performance benchmarks, I think i'd take the extra 11mhz FSB over minor timings.

(used Ti4600, i had to return my FX5600U)

turbo low fsb- 3Dmark02: 15604
3Dmark03: 2608
Q3: 212fps

non-turbo high fsb- 3Dmark02: 15343
3Dmark03: 2658
Q3:219fps

what does that tell me? the scores are so spread out i can't decide

Go with the non-turbo...
7 fps in quake is better than any synthetic bench
