PC Power and Cooling is the Best no duobt.Unfortunately I can't seem to find any reviews for this partcular model. It seems the 510 series took all the publicity.
I have one and it is very nice but a bit loud. It is exactly the same as the biger 510 except the watts and does not have the adjustable pods I beleive. I like mine and it is really not a true 425 watt as it is 550 peak which most company sell theres at. What I mean brand X is a 600 watt PS but what they don't tell you is that is the peak wattage for there supply and normal watage is 450 watts but PCP&C uses the standard watts to sell there supplies and gives the peak watts on there site. so with the 425 turbo cool the peak wattage is 550 watts.
I have had 2 PCP&C supplies over the last 7 years and only 1 problem and it was my fault and they replaced the 300 watt turbo cool with a brand new one shipped second day air with call tag. I had to pay for it up front and upon return of mine the charges were credited.
