I have niether the case or PSU. This is what i have read and JEDIYoda(PCP&C fanboy:D)
has said.
For a brief time the 510 had installed a very hi-output 80mm fan. It was overkill and quite load. All units so effected will get a fan change for free. I don't know if PCP&C pays shipping both ways.
Rather than shop around for the cheapest price when buying a PSU of this quality and high price, I would contact PCP&C directly and tell them what you want. They will make the cabling to any lenght you need. I am sure they have had to deal with this already as the P-180 is a very popular case and the 510 is selling very well.

They welcome phone calls.

I usually have called there tech support line..the 1-800-722-6555
They will be more than happy to answer all your questions.
I think I called them about a dozen times beforer I bought my PSU!!

"Just a quick note the techie also told me that for an additional fee they would custom fit all your cables to whatever lengths you specify......
Which I should have done but did`nt!
What you do is measure everything the lengths...this also includes the lengths yhat you may be routing a cable in order to hide....

Also the fan now has a modified circuit that will iether slow down or speed up depending on the heat from the PSU. "

Well, think of the P180 as an overgrown midtower. That's what it is..nothing more really. Most PSUs size stuff for dragon tower type cases, so I would think the 510 would do fine.

Awesome case, I recommend buying it....(I found it online for 100USD, PM if interested....I'll have to dig up the link.)
