Thats an Epic fail if i've ever seen one 🙂

but an awesome cloud lol

theres a guy in cave creek here in the valley that has one of those, my dad watches that sucker when hes out trying to keep his prop rc plane in the air. they sound waaay cool, but the guy is way paranoid about flying it. conditions have to be perfect in his eyes lol. i dont blame him with the price tags on those things.

wow that really sucks. I have flown an RC plane before and it seriously sucks the second it happens because you put so many hours and money into the RC and in that second, its ALL gone. the guy may have been able to save the turbine from that, but everything else looks toast

but seriously, that guy was too cocky and stupid at the same time.

That's the point, though. It's boring to just fly circles. The crash is exactly the same as one I had this weekend, albeit not with a turbine plane. I lost track of its orientation and pulled up into the ground. I haven't seen this crash before, it was a good one.

No thread on RC turbines is complete without this, the crash of an 8-turbine plane.
