I do half sriracha/half louisiana hot sauce for wings
Sandwiches
Fried seafood
Seared tuna

I'd put it on Boca burgers with a little light mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Whole wheat bun.

Works on eggs, grilled steak or chicken, pretty much anything. You can OD on it though. I got tired of it for a while and am now on a habanero sauce kick.

Fried food

Like HN said, it really is the ketchup of the East. I use to like it so much i'd just put it on saltines

we refer to it as hot cock sauce... try asking for that at the grocery

it's pretty good, not really all that hot though.. and it doesn't taste great on certain foods because of the implied asian flavoring.

That's pretty decent stuff, but not nearly hot enough for me. I've only ever reached my limit @ some Mongolian BBQ joints using combinations of the fire oil, hot pepper sauce & lots of jalapeños. Then again, most Mongolian BBQ restaurants tone it down too much for the weak American tongue. Sometimes I get lucky though & find the fire oil thick & unforgiving. >
