tunnel through proxy

Does anyone know of any software for windows that will allow you to tunnel through one proxy to get to anouther proxy? What I would like to do is be able to go through the proxy that is setup in the open labs at school were you use your own hard drives in comps so I can use my squid proxy I have setup here at home so I can do things like FTP and get on MSN, yahoo, and AIM because you cant do it just using the proxy there since everything but port 80 is blocked.
