I did an ipconfig /all and found this unfamiliar connection in there. I have no idea what it is - it may have been installed as part of another package, but I couldnt be sure.
This may be related: Services.exe from the System32 folder is taking up CPU cycles constantly, with CPU usage hovering between 12 to 25%.
