First of all I know my temps are a littel higher than they shold be. Gonna go back in and apply AS5 sooner or later.
Now to the question. The TT fan is the loudest part of my system. I installed the bundled fan regulator and have kept it on MAX ever since day one. Temps are ~36 C. Just for the heck of it I went ahead and turned it all the way down, lowering the noise quite a bit but the temps only raised 1C. Anyone else experience similar results?
I'm still gonna go back in and reapply AS5 and hopefully knock the temps down a bit more but I'd also like to find out what else is making noise. I have a fan controller I bought a while back and never installed so I guess I could try that out also.
Lastly, I can't remember which way the fan inside the TT blows. With my setup it's either blowing directly towards the rear exhaust or blowing towards the front bays. Since it's installed and I won't mess with it for a while, is it easy to flip it in case it's pushing the hot air back into the case?
Thanks for any info.
