tuniq tower fan controller

Just built a new pc with a p35-ds3r and an e6750 and I got the tuniq installed. The pc runs fine at around 25c but I can't figure out how to plug in the fan controller that came with the tuniq tower. I've got the tuniq's 3 prong connector into the cpu fan pins but the controller has a 2 prong connector that I have no clue where to plug in. Also, apparantly the fan currently only runs when the cpu needs it to run, how do you turn that off?

The fan control and the two wire lead from the fan plug together. The health management utility that came with your mobo should allow you to turn off the mobo's control of the CPU fan. You can usually find similar somewhere in the BIOS setup screens.
