Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme owners: opinions?

I've been reading through the review sites trying to find an aftermarket cooler for my i5-2500K, and it seems the Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme is far and away one of the best coolers in existence, and probably as close to water cooling as I'll be able to get without putting fluids in my computer. However, I did have a couple concerns that hopefully the lovely AT members here can help with:

1. Compatibility. Does it use a 1155 compatible back plate? I read concerns over the backplate interfering with a heat sink screw on one user's P8P67 Deluxe, but as I have the P8P67 Pro, there appears to be no screw in the way... confirm/deny?

2. Installation. I plan on moving my computer from my old CM Praetorian PAC-T01-E1 (which while it was alright for my C2D E6600, it's gotten louder with age, is stupidly difficult to clean, and the fans are impossible to replace) into a CM Storm Scout (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119196), which doesn't have a removable motherboard tray. How easy is it to install in a case with a bottom-mounted PSU and a non-removable motherboard tray? I have wiry monkey-fingers, which should help, but I don't see much clearance between it and the back of the case to tighten the top rear screw.

3. Weight. The other reason I'm looking at the CM Storm Scout is because I transport my computer EVERYWHERE, and the handle and wire security features really help with that. But I'm worried that a huge heat sink like the Tower 120 Extreme might overstress the motherboard if the system is constantly being moved around. I've never used a heat sink nearly as massive as this.

Thanks for suffering my TL;DR.

There are better heatsinks these days: Megahalems, Noctuas, etc.

I'm using a Tuniq Tower 120 on my Q6600 @ 3.6. Keeps it under 90C at full load.

I don't move the computer much though, just from one side of the room to the other sometimes.
