Hi guys, I need some advice on my new heatsink, I installed and tested it with my C2D E6400, which has yet to be overclocked. I'm reluctant in doing this as I don't feel the Heatsink is functioning optimally. Although the temperature is around 40 degrees, the copper pipes which are attached to the CPU are cold. In comparison to the onboard copper pipes on the mobo, which seem to be MUCH warmer. Anyone have any ideas why this might be?
