Tunes Are Gone!!!!!!!!!!

I just removed a bunch of programs via the windows add or remove programs tool. After restarting my computer I wanted to clean out my iTunes library. Now practically every song I have is gone!!

I have tried to look for them all over both hard drives with no luck. Even my puechased music is gone, except for the few CDs I made.

Any clue of how to retreive them from where ever they may be?

I found this discussion (link) which seems to be helping. The Handyrecovery 2.0 utility worked for one file (1/day with demo), but the free v1.0 did not work. I am going to try one or two of the others before purchasing the program.

If anyone else has a suggestion, let me know.
