tuf 270 mark 1 boot from M.2 ??

i have an asus TUF z270 mark 1 board and want to replace my SSD drive with a samsung 250 gig 970 evo M.2 drive and install windows 10 and this will be the only drive and i will be booting from it . i want to know if i'll have any issues ? i'm thinking i wont , but want to be sure . sorry for such a basic question but i'm not a hardware whore like i used to be , hahaha .

No, you won't have any issues.

But will 250GB be enough for everything since you said this will be your only drive? The 250GB versions are significantly slower than their larger siblings, and you definitely don't wan't to fill it all the way up which will make it run even slower.

thanks for the speedy reply . funds are short and i'm just wanting to get up and running . i may get something larger during/after xmas but right now $100 is a little more than i want to spend but i want a quality drive and FWICT the 970's are supposed to be very decent and seem to be worth the few extra bucks outside of my wallets comfort zone ,.
