Looking for some non hazing plasticizer tubing. Someone said the Tygon 3603 still hazes. I've heard of the EK ZMT, too. I need 1/2 ID x 5/8 OD.

I'm using straight distilled water and am basically looking to keep the water from gunking up and ruining the rad, pump, etc. It's been about 8 months since I broke the loop down and cleaned it...

My materials are a MCR 320 Drive Rev 3, HK 3.0, and Bits power Compression fittings.

I've been using some Primochill Advanced LRT for the last 6 months and it has not hazed at all, whereas the previous "no-name" tubing I had did it after a couple of months.

Have both the EK-ZMT and Primochill here. Haven't noticed any problems. Add a little biocide/PT-Nuke to the water.

I recently noticed some haze and tiny particles floating around in my water. I guess its from this plasticizer you are talking about. Do I need to change the water and tubing when I start to notice that haze and particle stuff floating around? I think I'm interested in some of this tubing you are talking about.

I am a newb when it comes to things like plasticizers gunking up the loop. I read one guy had it kill his D5, and another didn't clean his motor enough and it killed it. This is all new to me so I am trying to avoid the issue. I have Tygon B-44 smooth tubing and it hazed about 3 weeks after an hour or two of pre-cleaning but the loop has been up for about 8 months. I've been reading that plasticizers are in all plastic tubing? Not sure but it makes sense. Even some "Non Plasticizer" tubing is still hazing from reports from users. So far the only tubing that makes sense to not have any is the rubber EK ZMT. It's in the states but the size I need needs to be shipped overseas from what I'm gathering. 1/2 ID x 5/8 OD
