Tualatin Processor Core Voltage

I have a number of Tualatin processors, of which show a core voltage of 1.475V. I purchased what I was told was a Tualatin celeron, but it has a core of 1.5V. I noticed my 1.1 Celeron Tuallys say 1100A while this one says 1200...(no A) is this a Tually or was I misled.. thanks.

Ok thanks. I have 3 other 1.2 and they are all 1.475 so I didnt know what to make of it. I have them all running so I couldnt read thier labels for the "A" so I appreciate your confirmation.

Thanks

John

I'll double-confirm oldfarts' confirmation: 1.0A and 1.1A Tualerons use the "A" designation to differentiate them from the older 1000Mhz and 1100Mhz .18µ Celerons. The 1.2 and up Tualerons didn't get the "A" because there are no older Celerons of the corresponding speed to get them confused with.

It's the same as what Intel did with the Willemette/early Northwood P4's. i.e. P4 1.6 = Willemette, P4 1.6A = Northwood.
