I help choosing some cheap servers (firewalls, front-end app servers, Domain Controller Only (win2k) for about 50 to 100 users)

I'm temped by the Celeron 1.2GHz (wow so cheap)
in that case/board Supermicro SuperServer 5011E

Would that config make senses?

Are those Tualatin Celeron running at 100FBS?

Sounds good, I don't think that the performance is bad compared to a PIII if it is a Tualatin core chip.

The Celeron 1.2 would be a decent choice. I think the 1.3 is only running about $10-15 more these days, so you may want to consider that also. Both are Tualatin chips, and are just like a Coppermine P3 that runs on a 100MHz FSB, runs cooler and has prefetch.
