I recently bought this PSU with a 14cm fan. However, there is a 2-wire plug that has no mentioning of what it is or does. I imagine it could be the fan monitor, but don't want to risk shorting something out by connecting it to the extra 3-pin header. I've emailed TTGI, but have yet to receive a response. Does anyone know?

Here is the picture. Sorry, it's not very clear, but it's a simple 2-wire plug that resembles the reset switch plug that gets connected to the reset header on the motherboard.
