TT big typhoon vs. sp-97

How does the big typhoon with it's stock 120mm fan compare to something like the sp-97 running a panaflo 92mm medium?

I can't find any review out there that has these 2 compared.
 
Why the SP-97?? Do you have a Socket A ?

It would help me and others if you would post some of the rigs spec. 😀

Look at the comparison chart at overclockers.com. They use the same heat source to rate all
heatsinks and indicated fans used. Their dB testing is done real close to the fan and will read
20+ dB high. If you read the notes on their page it will be explained.

If you do have a Socket A, why not use a SI-97? It's much better than the SP-97.
