i have this case and the firewire connections are seperate plugs. no i have looked at the manual for the mobo and the case and i am not sure how to connect. can anyone help?

You can't hook that one up unless you get a firewire expansion card. Your motherboard only has one firewire port built in on the back panel.

cmw, there is a port for the front fire wire, the labels for each pin are different then the ones coming off of the case. i don't have the labels for either in front of me cause the rig is on my job.

Yeah I just looked at the manual closer and I see where it is located. If it is like the Thermaltake Damier cases you should have eight wires, two would be TPA+ and TPA-, they would be hooked to the far left on the appropriate pins, next two would be ground pins, then TPB+ an TPB- on the next two pins. The wire labeled VP is the power wire and the one labeled VG is another ground wire that goes on the single pin on the end.

Yeah, that sounds about right. when i get a chance i will check this out, i'm pretty sure that is how i connected it but i'll make sure.

thanks cmw2010.
