TSMC problems?

I've heard that TSMC is having problems with their 40nm process. Anyone know anything about this?

For what i have read, there are leakage problems and very low yields. It seems so bad that a chip build on a 40nm process is not using less energy then the same chip build using 55nm process.

It kind of reminds the problems the Pentium4 had with leakage currents.
