tsk tsk, what to do about msn?

Ok i been getting slow conenction for the past 3 weeks, and it was working fine for the year and half almost, Now its been like slow connections for 3 weeks and they keep giving me the run down, telling me its my modem and blah blah, i know its not on my end , i even got a new v.92 modem and it still doing it, i called telephone company and they said my phone lines were fine, so what can i do? i have a 3 year contract i can't brake so what the hell can i do?

nope, if it was i'd jump on it, they told me nov.....OF 2001! thats came and gone and now they say "we dunno"

Is any Broadband available ?


The problem is most likey on their end or the phone companies...
If you changed modems, there is'nt much else you can do...
Maybe try a different computer just to make sure your dial sttings arent messed up.

If some form of broadband is available, I would just get it, and pay off the rest of my MSN or take the cancellation fee or whatever...maybe switch to a cheaper plan if you cant cancel
We all know those $300 rebates come at a price.
