Swing and a miss.
Try again![]()
I dunno. With that goofy tongue sticking out, you're starting to look a little crazy to me.

Apparently you didn't see the strip search of the 3 yr old girl.
This was all pre-planned, phased in slowly.
Will Americans fight back or turtle as usual?
You think 3 years old is a big deal? I think we should strip-search fetuses. How do we REALLY know that that "pregnant" woman wasn't actually force-fed 25 pounds of plastique?

Oh Balloon Boy America you make me laugh. You cowards can deck as many people as you want till your arms fall off. Every so called TSA flunky you get fired or quit will be thousands more willing to take the job at a lower wage and lessor scruples. You clowns speak of dignity and integrity likes it something you haven't loss years ago. When you let Bush and Republicans wet your pants with deluded fantasy of terror you got no right to reclaim your balls now.
When the times comes for you or your boy to be patted down you will do just like this father did. You'll stfu and board the plane. Eventually you settle on some other idiotic issue and all this will be forgotten. Continuing to be fed by panderers and media like cattle that you are. Actually check that...worse than cattle, consumers.
This video, is a load of hoo har over nothing. The lad was patted down in full public view.
Im bewildered why his shirt was even removed. Some sort of protest by the person who removed it or what?
If your outraged by this video...Dont ever try to emigrate. You and your family will have more than this to look forward to.

When I heard strip searched I figured he was stripped as in naked. It looks like he took off his shirt, got patted down and then the guy who searched him patted him on the head and then he was off.
There's a lot of problems with the TSA situation but let's describe what happened accurately.
You really think the problem is the folks at the security checkpoint? I agree that the position probably doesn't attract the highest quality of people, but the culture comes down all the way from the top. Fire the administrators of TSA...fire the secretary of homeland security. Hell, fire any politician that doesn't oppose this kind of crap.
And while we're at it, let's blame the gutless voters who will jump down the throat of any elected official who can possibly be branded as not doing enough to fight terrorism. Because that's ultimately where the blame lies...in voters who won't let politicians draw a reasonable line between security and freedom. Sure, everyone is whining NOW. But if the TSA slackens security rules, and ANYTHING happens, Republicans are sure to brand Obama and every democrat running in 2012 as "weak on security". And the voters will lap it up. I'm not sure we're not getting EXACTLY the invasive, annoying security we deserve.
Which, once again, is still disgusting, unnecessary, and ineffective. But then again you're from the UK right? Guess you've gotten used to those cameras on every city corner.
In any case, I find it laughable you're comparing full-blown emigration to simply flying a few hundred miles to see one's family for Thanksgiving, which is what the majority of US fliers are doing this time of year.

Lets get the facts straight first. Before the video started the boy went through a metal detector and didn't set it off but was selected for a pat down. The boy was shy so the TSA couldn't complete the full pat on the young boy. The father tried several times to just hold the boys arms out for the TSA agent but i guess it didn't end up being enough for the guy. I was about 30 ft away so i couldn't hear their conversation if there was any. The enraged father pulled his son shirt off and gave it to the TSA agent to search, thats when this video begins.
You know, if this father had just let the TSA do their fucking job this would have been over and they would have been on their way. The kid would have forgotten all about it by Christmas morning when he is opening up his toys.
Don't want to go through this hassle?....stop flying.

What is the probability of dying from a terrorist attack on an airplane? Whatever number you come up with, do you think it is possible to completely protect against that threat? If not, should we really be strip searching 7 year olds then?
The logic you just used can be used to take ALL of our rights away. With rights comes acceptable risk, while you don't have an explicit right to fly you do have that little 4th amendment thing and since these are Federal employees strip searching a 7 year old...... Or are you in the camp that the mere act of purchasing a ticket from a private party means you have given up your rights to Federal officials?
Just curious.
Lol Booooooosh
If you are thinking this way you needed to have gotten more active 20+ years ago when this little thing called DUI/DWI has 100's of people arrested each day just to save less than 16000 lives per year.
Most are arrested not doing anything wrong, but simply pulled out of line at a traffic blockade requiring everyone to submit to a breath test.
Strong words to describe something as minor as this. Which is why i used emigrating as example.
Yes i am from the Uk. As for the cameras on every city corner, more than likely we do? i have no idea. Im a law abiding citizen and dont go camera spotting.
Unfortunately in the world we live, not everyone is of the same standing.
I would say im no more used to cameras in this Country, than we all are, including you, to locking doors at night. Whats your point?
Its irrelevant why someone is stepping on to that plane. I could step on a plane and say what i like about my destination intentions...it does not make it true, does it?
What do you want to see them do? Would you like to see an announcement "hey all those just travelling to see Mum for Turkey step this way into the fast lane" I can see where this is going can you? I happen to love Turkey <3 honest!
Take for example, the terrorist who boarded a London bus. He looked like any other passenger, bought his ticket. Then proceeded to sit down. He fooled everyone to think he was only there for a ride and the rest as they say is history.
Even the TSA isn't crazy enough to try and pull that yet.

The vast majority of people getting groped in the airport did nothing to even suggest they were terrorists.
