I don't see any of them saying OMG BLACK PEOPLE. It's just the truth of the world; black sounding names, while culturally significant, have a certain dogma that is associated with it.

Ask anyone that works in HR.

Or go read "Freakonomics". There's a whole section in there about people's perceptions based on someone's name.
