WJLA-TV (2/12, 6:00 p.m.) reported, "Last November at this downtown Washington hotel, the Transportation Security Administration honored more than 350 of its own. Not only did your tax dollars foot the bill, they paid for the travel and lodging expenses of a few hundred party-goers. The price tag was more than $200,000. Today we made three separate requests for comment from the Transportation Security Administration. Our calls and email requests were never returned."

Are you somehow shocked or suprised?

This isnt a new thing. And its not as big of issue, as 1 in 4 US Tax dollars unaccounted for EACH YEAR.

No, I'm not shocked or surprised, I have worked for the guvvy, I know exactly what goes on. I just thought this was funny because my aunt was telling me she didn't go to this awards banquet because she had work to do...:)
