Trying too launch DOW2

I've just tried to launch DOW2 twice. Both times it said the steam servers were too busy to launch my game. Yay
 
Never mind, I just got the message for the first time installing DoWII on my laptop just now.

On another note, seems steam has decided to crap out for me as well. A small update had started before I had posted (exited and was re-entering the game, don't ask why), I canceled it to log into steam on my laptop, now the update will not re-start and according to the steam help page you need to have your game 100% up-to-date to play in offline mode which is a total load of BS.

If computers where cheap I'd have a bigger catapult built.
