trying to write some batch scripts...

Its been a long time since i've written a batch script, but i used to have a template for one that would shutdown select services in the system tray to free up resources before benchmarking, and another one to start them again when your done. Could anyone give me some suggestions as to how i might work another one of these up?

To stop a service: Net Stop Service
To start a service: Net Stop Service
