trying to write a paper with word, but need 2 side by side colums in the middle of the page...

Im writing a pro-con paper for school, and once i write my first paragraph, i need to create to side my side colums (a YES! and a NO!) and then write anotehr paragraph after that, how can i do this...so when it prints it's not screwed up? ANyone know.

hope it works out.

i still miss WP 5.1 with it's Reveal Codes function. WP 5.1 was basically like HTML. :)

Couldnt you do it with a table as well? Obviously, one with no border, cell spacing or padding.

table would be ok, but a column has text flow from column 1 to column 2, where as with table you'd have to do it manually.

ok im confused in doing the break continues thing, but i dont know if you understand me....lol i want to make 2 side by side colums in the middle of the paper...how do i do this? :confused: :eek:

hit enter
insert -> break - > section (continuous)
2. type something
hit enter
insert -> break - > section (continuous)
3. type something
hit enter

go back to 2, click on columns and select 2
