:frown:My son and I both have computers with Asus motherboards. We want to upgrade our video cards. My motherboard is a P3b-f running with a PIII 1.0Ghz processor. The motherboard is AGP 2x, 3.0v, and 1.0 compliant - I was told by a tech from Asus that none of the Geforce cards would work with my motherboard.
I am currently using a TNT2 board with 16Meg- I do play some games - UT, Quake.
Does any one know if the Radeon 8500 will work with the P3B-f?
My son wants to buy a Geforce3, possibly the Visiontek TI200 - I have heard that his motherboard, the CUSL2 815E won't work with a Geforce 3. Is there anyone out there that has gotten a Geforce3 to work with a CUSL2?
