Trying to upgrade using a Dell case

Hi, I'm attempting to upgrade the motherboard in a Dell system. Pretty straightforward, but the only problem is that the cables that usually connect such things as the LED's on the front pannel, the power switch and whatnot have all been amalgamated into one switch. The Motherboard I'm putting in it's place is obviously going to be different (and is). Any Idea where I could find info on the connector pins from the Dell (Dimension xps-t500) so I can just make ti work out?

Thanx

Danger, danger! :Q Many Dells use proprietary power supply wiring schemes that make the new board and/or the existing power supply go *POOF!* when you try to power it up! Read this: Power supply meltdown!
