trying to update my computer

Im trying to update my computer I usually just used it for video games but I want to surf the internet on it now. So i went to microsoft update to install Service Pack 2 and what not but it came up with this error. Please Help. Thanks, heres the error

I got the same error yesterday at work. I tried a few google searches on it but didnt come up with anything helpful so I decided to look into it more on monday (secretly hoping its just a bug on the MS side of things and it would be cleared up soon).
