trying to update BIOS

<b">here ">http://www.chaintechusa.com/tw/eng/Download/dl_LI.asp?DISNo=727</a> and d/led the new BIOS for my mobo, I was wondering how I actually apply this BIOS update..it is just showing up as a bin file...I've never updated a BIOS before...be gentle
