Trying to think of the title of a movie...

i'm wondering if you guys can help out... i think it was a documentary, and it came out in the 90's (pretty sure), it was about the development of modern nuclear weapons, it was basically about each test of every new bomb, and the film talked about the development of them. i'm sorry i cant be more descriptive, this is all i can remember really - i saw it on HBO i think a few years back.

any help would be appreciated, thanks!

hmm... im not too sure thats it... it might be though.

the one im thinking of was very un-emotional, if that describes it correctly. i remember they would list the name of the bomb, the date, the yield, and then a video of it being tested.... they would do a few like that and then they would do some interviews (i think) and go more into the development.

however, the more i think about it, the more that it seems like what im looking for.
