Trying to think of a song

Ok so I tried google to see if it could fill in the pieces but I still can't figure out the song and artist. The guys voice is deep and slow and I think its the same guy that sings the song that goes like this "like I roller coasted chasing the wind" or something like that...
any help would be appreciated thanks!!!
 
a lot of those songs have singers whose voices go deep and low. you gotta be more specific than that


the only artists from that list who i think sound like the dude from live are


the wallflowers (maybe)

I always thought the guy from Our Lady Peace sounded a lot like the guy from Live, but I wouldn't have characterized it as "deep and low", but more like "nasal"
