I am thinking of a piece of software, that I downloaded a while ago from SourceForge. It's a program for transcoding audio or video formats, has a GUI, is very capable, highly customizable, supports a wide range of formats/codecs, and is slightly technical in nature. Anyone know what I am talking about?
