Hey there guys! I'm a networking newbie, and I'm taking a class at my high school called independent study. My goal for this semester is to get my CCNA at the end of it. The school had some hardware in a closet, here's a list of what I have at my disposal:
So yeah, I'm really not sure what to do from here. I know the basic foundations of networking like Tlthe TCP/IP stack, broadcast and collision domains, etc. But if you put me in front of a console and told me to do stuff with commands I'd have no idea. I'm not sure how I can practice on my own with the hardware I've got, basically. Any ideas?
Thanks!
- 3 1841 Routers
- 2 (3 if needed) 2600 Switches
- Cisco Packet Tracer
- Ethernet cables out the ass
- 12.4 IOS on all the routers
