Trying to stock up - What are essentials for a house?

I'm buying things so I have them. Considering the nearest major hardware store is something like 35 miles round trip, I'd kinda like to get at least a list of them now.

And I'd like to know what items won't be needed?

14" bandsaw with riser block.
A nice router (not computer related) with table.
6" jointer
12"+ planer
Good jigsaw
Good circular saw
Good workbench.
Assorted wrenches, screwdrives etc
Low angle block plane.
A good smoothing or jack plane
Lots and lots of clamps.

Other stuff too.
