Trying to setup two monitors as one desktop using ATI Hydravision... I need Help?

as mention in the topic title i am trying to use two monitors to creat one desktop that spans across both of them. I am assuming this is possible using ATI's Hydravision, being that my video card is a Radeo 9700 Pro. if this is possible i do not know how to do it, and i hope somebody can tell me how. if not, i could still use help in getting Hydravision to work at all. i have both monitors hookes up and both display images, but they are of the same thing, not exactly what iw as looking for. any help would be awesome

Goto the display properties under the settings tab. Choose the 2nd monitor. Then check "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor".
