Hey all,
I'm setting up a Dell 1700 network printer at work. We have to register each device's MAC on the network in our IP system to get it network access. I print out the printer info page for the 1700 and on the "Ethernet 10/100" printout there is NO MAC address. It is connected, recognized the 100Mbps connection, and even has an IP (altho incorrect). But nowhere does it list a MAC address. The only thing remotely close to a MAC is the "UAA (MSB, Canonical)" and I don't know what that is, but its not a MAC address. Help?
