Trying to set up and host an FTP from my home network

I am using Windows XP SP1 and would like to be able to set up my computer as a host for FTP to selected individuals using WS_Ipswitch Pro. I have no problems connecting to other FTP's as a client, but can't seem to Figure out how to set up as Host and then allow only certain password protected individuals to view a "portion" of my HD.? BTW there are three computer on the network, and I only want to allow viewing of one of the folders on one of the computers.
