Trying to run Crysis the best I can...

Hey all. I have a fairly dated system and want to play Crysis with the best settings possible. I'm running everything on medium right now at 1024x768 and am getting by all right, but I want to know what component I should think about upgrading to get the best performance I can. Here are my current system specs:

Pentium D 945 @3.7ghz
2gb DDR2 PC5400 Ram
7200RPM Drive
Radeon X1800XT OC'd the highest it can go. 675/770

I have $380 to work with right now. Should I look at upgrading my CPU or my Graphics card to get the biggest overall performance upgrade? Thanx all!
 
Yep, go get your self a new 8800gt. You'll still have some cash left over to get your self a new processor or some faster ram.
