Trying to run a signal from one computer to a monitor and projector at the same time?

This is the deal. We had a projector install done. The guy ran a single vga to a wall box so that people can plug in laptops. Now someone wants to move a perm computer and have it plugged in there. They also want it to display on the monitor of the computer as well as the projector at the same time. They also want to have a spare cable running out from whatever box we will need so that people can connect a laptop instead of using the computer. WE want to make this as simple as posslbe without needing them to disconnect and reconnect cables.

I know I need some sort of box of some sort. I just don't know what......

Connect a vga y cable to the pc video card, then one end of the Y to the monitor and the second Y to the switch box below.

You can connect a second video cable to the switch box below so you can use a laptop when you want.
