Worth the $100?

I'm planning on distributing a certain product to local busineses, just a 1 man show with nothing other than a garage and basement full of products.
I still have to figure out when and where to get the proper licenses :(

Go to your local county clerk office and apply for a sole proprietary business license. That should be around 15-50 dollars. Then go to your state dept of revenue and get a sale & use tax id. If you want you can apply for a federal EIN so you don't have to give out your socail security number for all your business public records. I just recently went through all of it. At first I thought I was well over my head, but it's actually not that hard to get set up legally for just a small biz.
