Trying to RMA a dead Ti4200 to PNY but don't have sales reciept

My PNY Ti4200 graphics card died a sudden death while I was on my lunch break last week. I turn my monitor off whenever I'm leaving the room and don't use Suspend or any screen savers. When I returned to the room 5 hours later and turned it back on, there was no video signal. My ASUS mobo reported that it failed the VGA test upon restart. Have been doing this monitor power off thing for 3 months and haven't had a problem before!

PNY wants a sales receipt on the RMA or they say they'll return the package without one. What should I do if I got this off eBay? Will a PayPal reciept printout suffice as a sales receipt?

FWIW, there is a noticeable burn on one of the transistors where it actually burned part of the manufacturer sticker on the back that says 'void if removed'- that one. The burn mark is about the size of a head on a pencil eraser. It burned the word 'China' on the sticker, haha. Anyway, please help! Thanks in advance.

on pny's website, they state that the warranty coverage "requires proof of purchase documentation evidencing the date of purchase (sales receipt or invoice)." i would recommend emailing them and letting them know you bought the card off of ebay, but from what i can make out, the paypal receipt does fit the description, and should suffice.
