Trying to remember a game

Once in a while you remember some little detail, and until you can remember where it's from.... it's stuck and keeps being annoying.

So, a game in where you start in a town. A small fortified town surrounded by critters. You go out doing quests and you have both melee and pistols. Teleports are used as waypoints. And the whole place has a jungle sci-fi theme. It's shown in isometric fashion with much 3D stuff, shooter with an rpg touch.

Anyone recognize?

No, this is very real-time with just 1 character to play. Town was full of people, shops and quest npcs. I think you also start with a simple melee weapon only.

During my search, the closest result was After The End

AO is an MMORPG so no, Fallout is completely different. The game is like Shadowgrounds but more RPG instead of just running and shooting everything. And out in the open with light. Not in a dark base.
