Trying to remember a comedian

About a year ago I heard a fantastic bit on Sirius by a comedian I can't remember. Basically the comedian was talking about how they should change the clock by 12 hours so you would drink during the day....he was saying that this would keep guys from taking uglies home because it would be light outside when you left the bar. one of the lines was, something like "Have you ever SEEN a pterodactyl in your bathroom in the morning? Screeching like crazy..."

I can't remember the comedian, if anyone knows, please help out.
