Here's the summary, I want to go on vacation to Istanbul for approx 2 weeks and want to leave between May 22nd and the 28th (departing from St Louis). I'm very flexible on dates but would like the cheapest airfare.
My question is which days of the week are best for finding cheaper fares? Knowing that its the week of memorial day, will fares be spiked on certain days versus others? Any international flight tips that could help me find better fares?
I've been using orbitz/travelocity/expedia and have been getting a consistent floor on prices. But trying all those travel sites with every variable trying to minimize costs isn't quick, so i would like to ask for any time saving advice.
